Violacademy is a day JUST for VIOLAS! The day will include viola ensembles, technique classes, and elective classes. Elective classes for younger students will be a movement class and older students will learn about the college audition process. You will also get to meet your state Viola Professors from ASU, NAU, and UA in masterclasses*. The day will culminate in the final concert with EVERYONE playing a group piece.

Any violist who is 5th grade through high school is welcome to join in on the alto clef fun! 

Date: Saturday, October 25th from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Location: AZ School for the Arts, 1410 N 3rd St, Phoenix AZ 85004

Registration: includes participation in a Repertoire Class, Elective Class, Technique Class, the Final Concert, T-shirt, and Lunch (Cheese pizza + Chips + Drink)

*Please note: There are limited spots for the masterclass. The students’ private teacher will be contacted to ensure preparation. High school students are given priority
